Going West is delighted to partner with Massive Company and Waitakere Ranges Local Board to provide a 2-Day Introduction to Theatre Workshop for youth living in the local area.

What you get from a Massive Company Intro Workshop:

Massive Company LOVES to play, pretend, explore, devise and make our own theatre.
We use our own personal stories and experiences as the basis of the theatre that we make.
We work physically, it doesn’t matter if you have never done any physical work before, but we hope you like to move and be physical.
Our workshop will have you dancing, running, skipping and loving to pretend!
You will work hard but we want you to be the best you can be!!!

Joining a Massive Company Intro Workshop will also give you the opportunity to engage with Massive in other ways. Some of these could be:

Coming to more workshops (we hold several throughout the year around Auckland)
Be invited to join our Massive Nui Ensemble (Our all year-round ensemble for young people).
Develop and train as a performer with Massive. This can lead to the possibility of being cast in our shows, which play in Auckland plus tour NZ and internationally
We also train our people to be tutors and directors!
